Post Media Place

We worked together with Greenwin Properties and Colliers International to transform 365 Bloor Street East, into a modern corporate address. Prior to our involvement, the existing building had huge potential but had a high vacancy rate. Through rebranding and renovations, 365 Bloor Street East has become a desirable address with Post Media as their anchor tenant.

The building was initially valued at $40 million. Our client spent approximately $20 million on improvements. The final assessment showed a dramatic increase – the building is now valued at $80 million dollars and fully occupied.  The goal was to create an environment which is in keeping with the wants and needs of tenants in today’s marketplace and create a consistent look and feel throughout the work environment.

A new exterior entrance and branding including lit address marker and canopy gives the building an identity and presence. The renovated main lobby includes a new security desk, building directory and signage. We assisted in the development and construction of show suites to market the building. The typical scope of work included a reception area, closet, kitchenette and meeting room. Standard building finishes palette were provided. Construction was completed while the building was fully occupied with minimal disruption to existing tenants.
