Bio

Anne is an enthusiastic and highly motivated creative with strengths in design and technical production. During her years of formal education and professional experience, she developed a continual interest in challenging traditional representation methods and researching effective design technology. Illustration and graphic representation play a large role in facilitating her critical design methodology.

Anne’s portfolio includes proficient knowledge of building construction and design theory, and a well-rounded skillset for communicating these ideas with others. She applies her passion for education by teaching First Year Studio and Drawing and Representation at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at the University of Toronto.

She gained distinct experience in theatre and design for the performing arts through her heavy involvement in the Tom Patterson Theatre Project—a new multi-use theatre for the Stratford Festival in Stratford, Ontario. In her final Advanced Studio at Yale Architecture, she studied under Frank Gehry where she developed a keen interest in the world of acoustics, concert halls and theatre design.
