Bio

Graham is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience on projects ranging in locations from Malaysia to the United Kingdom. He joined Gow Hastings Architects after significant professional experience at several of Toronto’s most established architecture firms.

Graham has diverse experience with institutional, educational, and commercial buildings. This breadth gives him the flexibility to move effortlessly between small-scale renovations and super-build large projects.

His strengths are in project management, design coordination, and stakeholder and user engagement. Graham is an effective communicator and amenable negotiator who provides clients with a calm confidence that their projects are in the hands of a senior, experienced leader. His technical knowledge, attention to detail, collaborative management style; and his ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus make him a valuable asset at both the project table and on the construction site.

His recent work includes the Bloorview Research Institute at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, the City of Toronto Nathan Philips Square Indian Residential School Survivors Restoration of Identity Legacy Project, and the Fleming College A-Wing, Sutherland Campus.

Graham received his Bachelor of Environment Studies and Bachelor of Architecture both from the University of Waterloo, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Queen’s University.
