Nancy joined Gow Hastings in 2013 after working at various architecture firms in cities across North America, including Whitehorse, Yukon, San Diego, California, and Toronto, Ontario.
Nancy brings valuable experience leading minor and major renovation projects from schematic design through to construction completion. With her multidisciplinary background in architecture and fine arts, she offers a keen visual eye and strong conceptual thinking. She has particular aptitude in space planning, custom millwork design and interior detailing, and furniture and material selection.
Nancy is skilled in all phases of project development. She provided design support and contract administration for the A. Alfred Taubman Centre for Design Education in Detroit, Michigan, and the Steelcase Premium Group in Chicago, Illinois. In Toronto, Nancy was deeply involved in the Ismaili Centre and Jamatkhana – a Community and Religous Centre for His Highness the Aga Khan.
Nancy completed a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (2004) and Master of Architecture (2006) at Carleton University.
