The Green Beet Café is vegan vegetarian eatery, and informal gathering space located at the entrance to the Gerstein Library at the University of Toronto. Boasting wireless connectivity so patrons can eat and work (or play), it is also a popular place to socialize. We worked closely with the University’s Ancillary & Food Services to develop the brand and concept.
