Introducing Conestoga College School of Business Renovation

Located on Conestoga College’s Doon Campus, the modernization of the A & B Wings has provided renewed campus facilities and a showcase space for the School of Business. The goal was to create a learning environment for the growing program encompassing accounting, finance, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources management, inspired by the culture of today’s leading business environments.

Originally built in 1970, the building underwent a dramatic change by removing its imposing 25-foot-high brick wall with limited openings and replacing it entirely with a glazed aluminum curtain wall system. A newly added entrance canopy extends to shelter the transit stop, serving as a welcoming gesture to students. Distinctive mirrored panels interspersed along the elongated facade introduce a reflective design element, capturing the essence of the surrounding sky, trees, and bustling student life. This project exemplifies our unwavering commitment to rejuvenating existing infrastructures and revitalizing aging buildings.
