Valerie Gow announced as 2017 WLI Champion

This summer, Partner Valerie Gow was announced as one of 15 women to join the Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) Toronto Championship Team. WLI Toronto is part of the global Urban Land Institute (ULI) network promoting the advancement of women in real estate and development.

Valerie is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in the design professions. She is an avid supporter of BEAT (Building Equality in Architecture Toronto), and has participated in the “Women’s Leadership Seminar” for the Graduate Architecture, Landscape, and Design Student Union at the University of Toronto and at the Department of Architectural Science at Ryerson University. Valerie has mentored more than 20 interns for the Ontario Association of Intern Architects program, and guided many female interns seeking a female mentor through the registration process.
