Envisioned as an outpost location for the Niagara College Canadian Food & Wine Institute, the Armoury is a venue for post-secondary culinary instruction, general interest courses and community events. Led by esteemed Toronto chef Soohyeong Lee, the building features an interactive demonstration kitchen with a 10-foot-wide chef’s table that functions as a culinary theatre. The kitchen opens onto a 350-person event space with 48-foot wide, full height automatic bifold doors, that embrace an indoor-outdoor dining experience rooted in the richness of the surrounding Town Park.
